What does WOD mean?
WOD, stands for workout of the day.. So, ‘FightersWODs’ are workouts of the day designed for fighters.
How should I use them?
The WOD’s can be simply added to your current combat schedule, or done on their own.
What does AMRAP, 21-15-9 and all the the terminology stand for?
ARAP – As Many Rounds (sets) as Possible.
So, 15 minute AMRAP means stands for ‘As many rounds (sets) as possible in 15 minutes
The three numbers stand for rounds, the first round is 21. so it means you do 21 REPS, for the second round its 15 reps, and round 3 is 9 Reps.
